The villa was beautifully furnished with every modern convenience you could want with all the small details seen to as well with beautiful Mor bathroom products and a bottle of champagne for your stay. We loved everything about the stay at the villa and would not hesitate to go back, "

"Johnny and crew were a great help with any concerns, even measured our stairway so we could hire the baby stair ends for the 3year old(and recommended Oz Baby Hire who supplied the stair ends) A great kitchen with lots of utensils if we wanted to eat in. Fantastic location right in the middle of Macrossan st restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 100 metres from two bakeries, Indian,vietnamese,european restaurants. "Photos didn’t lie. The place was excellent. All 4 bedrooms were well appointed with their own bathrooms. Kids had the top level to themselves. Kitchen was amazing. All appliances were quality and made cooking very pleasant. Alfresco with BBQ and Pool is intimate and doesn’t get any sun. But that was the only downside. Would highly recommend for families sharing with other families"

"Very disappointing. Accuracy of listing didn't truly reflect the property. House wasn't very clean and dirty dishes in the plate dra. The house is very tired and needs maintenance in a number of areas. Pool was dirty and infinity collection pool was green with algae tiles missing and at various times of day pumped green water into the pool. Door handles missing. Overall not good value for money charged. How do we request a part refund. "

"Lovely property located in the northern private villa section of the Sheraton Mirage. Easy walk to the Mirage facilities. It is worth noting that nothing can be charged to your villa - as it is not managed by Sheraton Mirage, but it is about half the cost of what the Sheraton charges. The beach is just across the fairway."

"We were really happy with the accommodation provided at Raffles. There was a good amount of living areas to enjoy. Staying in summer was a worry however the air-conditioning and fans throughout was more than sufficient. The property provided everything we could want. Would highly recommend to families or friends to stay! "
