"Grandparents from down south catching up with Queensland children and grandchild. Perfect for what we needed, lots of thoughtful extras such as games for us all to play, not just the one child. Everything we needed for meal prep, and such a quiet location with beach access,plus the pool for the times when the beach is windy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Hill Villa 2. The location was amazing - a quick trip down the hill into town or the beach. We have 3 kids ranging in age 5-11 and they didn't complain once about the hill. The view into the garden and across to 4 mile beach was spectacular. The pool, although not heated, was great for the kids and a beautiful pool to sit around even if you didn't want to swim. "Johnny and crew were a great help with any concerns, even measured our stairway so we could hire the baby stair ends for the 3year old(and recommended Oz Baby Hire who supplied the stair ends) A great kitchen with lots of utensils if we wanted to eat in. Fantastic location right in the middle of Macrossan st restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 100 metres from two bakeries, Indian,vietnamese,european restaurants. "Photos didn’t lie. The place was excellent. All 4 bedrooms were well appointed with their own bathrooms. Kids had the top level to themselves. Kitchen was amazing. All appliances were quality and made cooking very pleasant. Alfresco with BBQ and Pool is intimate and doesn’t get any sun. But that was the only downside. Would highly recommend for families sharing with other families"

"Very disappointing. Accuracy of listing didn't truly reflect the property. House wasn't very clean and dirty dishes in the plate dra. The house is very tired and needs maintenance in a number of areas. Pool was dirty and infinity collection pool was green with algae tiles missing and at various times of day pumped green water into the pool. Door handles missing. Overall not good value for money charged. How do we request a part refund. "

"A/C didn’t work for our stay. Management sent a few people who all told us it’s a known problem and struggles when it’s hot and doesn’t work that well. After that no one responded anymore and didn’t seem to care that we were sweltering at the condo. Wouldn’t stay with them again."
