"Me and two buddies stayed here while we played in a disc golf tournament in Pasadena. The house was clean, safe, and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood with a gated driveway that holds 2-3 cars. The owner was very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend the home."

"Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. "I got was exactly what I paid for & for that, it was excellent. I’m a very simple, frugal person & as long as I have a bed to sleep in at night & a place to put my stuff in while I’m out & about doing my thing (I flew in from NJ) & having fun & my co-inhabitants were cordial & kept to themselves, then everything’s great & I’m happy to say, it was. The area’s not the most nicest most scenic nor safest looking but I felt reasonably safe enough walking about when I did. For the affordability & caveat, it was worth it & if I’m ever in the area again someday & in a position where I want to save as much as possible, I’d happily do it again. Thanks!"
