A small heater run for a short time was able to heat the space very quickly and would hold the heat all night. There is no place to park a trailer of any kind, street parking is not permitted, although I did not get bothered for overnight parking (did not snow during our stay, no snow removal necessary). "The house is new and nice, but the amenities inside are cheap. The pillows are thin and flat, the beds feel cheap as does the bedding. We had the house booked for the weekend and left after one night because it was so uncomfortable.
