"Overall, the communication with this rental were terrible. They made us wait until we were already driving there to get information on how to get in. It is not being rented by the owners as being rented by some service that does not communicate well. If this is the kind of communication I would have with this company I would not rent from them again. Also, the house had some issues about safety, which they were good about coming to fix."
