The cottage is set in the most peaceful location we have ever visited with no noise or light pollution so the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment. "This unusual property has been sensitively renovated to preserve a wealth of original features. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky. The pool, with its fence for keeping the deer at bay, was wonderful!"
