However the hotel could do with a update, as the bed was quite hard, decor needs attention in areas and windows need updating as everything could be heard from outside. "It was an amazing experience with the little ones.. Never seen such clean rooms in london till now . Staff was helpful and understanding too which you hardly get anywhere.. We did late checkout request as my toddler was unwell and been to hospital too ,came home in the morning so for her good sleep we requested late checkout and they allowed us with a smile ."
