"This is a lovely building in a great location! Thank you for letting us enter so late. Staying here really made our night great after experiencing a horrible flight delay. We checked in and went out for a bite which was just a few steps away and was a wonderful experience in itself. We slept comfortably and had everything we needed. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
