"This is a lovely building in a great location! Thank you for letting us enter so late. Staying here really made our night great after experiencing a horrible flight delay. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
