When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. "Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges."

"The property we had was ideal straight out the door to the pool. Was well equipped. Only downfall was the shower. And only had our bedding changed once in 10 days. But staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be back"
