"Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. Food is excellent with two main restaurants to choose from. There are two parts of this sprawling hotel, we stayed in the one further away from the beach and it was fine. Also location is very central to access all parts of the island. Nice walking/running trail along the beach to the nearby town. "

"Complex was kept clean,apartment was very clean,reception staff were very helpful,pool bar was very good value.also very close to beaches shops and bars,only downside was wifi was very limited ie poor signal.we have been to this hotel over 10 times and we enjoy the hotel."

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast joints, many species of fish, stroganoff, lots of salads, fruit etc. Being mid Atlantic, we would particularly encourage people to try all the varieties of fish even if you have never heard of them. Cost a fortune in UK. Admittedly they are not so good at chips. The staff are friendly and helpful, almost family. Sometimes though they are very busy, there can be 800 guests all wanting breakfast at the same time. They cater to guests from all over Europe so not all the staff are English fluent. Pick quieter times and double check they do understand your English. We tend to use a lot of cliches, idioms and sometimes say “can you” when we mean “will you”. Noise pretty much goes by 11.30pm although the Ents team will get louder as the older winter crowd are replaced by the summer families. Yes, the Spa needs some work but closing it would be a big impact on the guests for that month. Unlike mainland hotels, this hotel is nearly full all year round. And a shout out to Ellis"

"Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season."
