"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend! "
