"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! "Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tahiti Player Hotel. The staff on reception were always helpful, pleasant and professional. There is a train line in front of the hotel, so you had to take steps and go through a tunnel underneath the train track to get to and from the hotel. Due to heavy rain the first day this was flooded and often full of rubbish and debris. Not pleasant to walk through. I certainly wouldn't walk there on my own at night."

"Since we got there, specifically the people that worked for the check in gave an extremely excellent service and were very honest and great people. In all of the places inside the hotel the service was amazing. The honesty they work with was incredible, my wife lost her diamond wedding ring and not only was it found but it was given back to us almost immediately, they also had a lost and found bin where everything they ever found was.
