"We needed lodging for the evening of a wedding attended in Shiner to avoid driving back to Houston afterwards. We searched the area (Shiner, Hallettsville, Gonzales) and ran across this. It turned out to be a hidden gem. Very clean and comfortable (the comfort of the bed is my usual, first gauge of quality....and this king bed was extra comfy)."

"The room wasn’t ready this woman was emptying trash they obviously were not ready for us. The woman cleaning was also dragging an old AC unit that was broken so who knows if they’re was one in the room. We got tired of waiting and the property looked bad not like the photo in Expedia. We left finally and never checked in!"

"We came there for a concert and are room was unavailable because of a plumbing issue. We were given a key for a different room for when we returned. When we arrived at the second room there was no bedding or pillows, no controller for the AC. The window was broke out of the bathroom and the TV had been stolen. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. "
