"Seems to be a little complicated of an entry system to access the rooms. I would suggest this property to anyone who does not have heavy bags and speaks Espanol as the process would go alot smoother. Negative wise was just the fact that there was no one at the property to guide us through a problem. i.e. with the airconditoner or the WIFI. "
