"Our stay at The Brown Hotel did not disappoint! While Louisville let us down a bit with a closed Museum in the Historic District we were wanting to see, the crazy cost of downtown parking and lack of activities during the week, our hotel Concierge, Curtis made up for it with his helpful suggestions, his winning charm that made us feel at home, his going the extra mile in dropping us off and picking us up when we needed it after an evening downtown. I can’t sing his praises too loudly. If you happen to stay there, say hello to Curtis and ask him for recommendations! Oh, the room was great and the food was wonderful!"
