"Excellent front desk service; all the staff was very kind, helpful and empathetic with our needs. We even returned to the same hotel a couple of days later. "Location, location, location!! Even walking home from La Scala at 11 pm was no problem at all. Very close to the cathedral and shopping, even outlets. Wonderful place to stay. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, it is a few munutes walk to the Doumo Piazza and so much to do in the area so I felt safe staying out late. I also liked that I could walk to the Doumo at 6:30am when it is quiet and a few people, then return to the hotel for breakfast. There was good variety on the breakfast bar and the food was delicious. The gym is nice and actually looks like the picture. "
