"This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...

"This place is like being in your own home. Big living areas where you dont feel cramped by space. Has a welcome home feeling even though it is not your own home. Plenty to see and do in the area, but our main reason for selecting this area is family lives close by place "

"We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. "This was our 3rd time renting the ranch house. My husband discovered this amazing place for his Aunt in 2017, who is now battling Alzheimer’s that loved and adored horses. The Farmhouse is a middle location to our family in PA, VA and MD. "We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was quiet and clean, and the host was very kind and responsive. The best part was Ranger, the cutest dog ever! We also enjoyed going on walks around the farm to look at the horses, chickens, turkeys, and sheep. We hope to come back next year! It was truly the perfect getaway. "

"This was our third time staying here since January of this year to attend volleyball tournaments at Spooky Nook. It was exactly what we needed. Three athletes and the moms. Much better than staying in a hotel. Space to spread out, a full kitchen to prepare meals to have instead of eating out the whole weekend, definitely more economical to split with three families than individually each staying at hotels for multiple nights. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive."

"This home sits on a busy street, but the inside was cozy, clean and exactly the space we needed. The kitchen was so nice and all the thoughtful extras (coffee, creamer, condiments, Hershey choolates) were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable andwhen we werent playing games at the table, we were relaxing in the living room on the couches. All 4 of us were very much impressed with how CLEAN the house was .... just fantastic."
