Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). "We loved, loved, loved our time in this cozy cottage. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit by the dock, we entertained friends with the barbecue and we never ate inside as there's a lovely dining table for six outside with beautiful lakeviews. Our host was communicative and helpful. Directions to the house were difficult for us and our friends but we figured it out. We can't wait to return and make new memories. "

"This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"Me and my husband absolutely loved this cottage and the setting. Frye Island is such a cute place and we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry and store where we got picked up for a fishing charter. The beaches on the south and west side of the island were absolutely beautiful and I wish we could have spent more time there. 1.5 baths and plenty of space, very private setting at the cottage really help us enjoy our stay."
