"Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. "We were lucky enough to get Labor Day weekend at this amazing home. The home was well represented in the listing and pictures. The host jason over communicated, was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. We brought our boat and Jason allowed us to use the boat lift which was a great perk to keep our boat covered and out of the weather. The way the dock sits in relation to the main channel of the lake also allowed the boat to be shielded from any boat wakes when not on the...

"This lake is one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. The house is very spacious for many people to enjoy. The stairs going down to the pier were not as steep in person as I thought they would be by looking at the pics. The host was awesome to work with. I highly recommend this house for your next big family gathering."

"Our entire family (ages 1-63) loved this place! Great layout with big family areas and quiet areas for solitude. The outdoor areas were fantastic, with a grassy lawn, lots of trees, shallow areas for the younger kids to play in, a great dock for fishing and for the pontoon boat we remted, and multiple decks for viewing all of it! Duncan Bridge Marina was less than 10 minutes away. "

"Overall the stay wasn’t bad. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and it has plenty of cookware, cups,plates,bowls, and silverware. The only thing is, and I believe it came from wear and tear; everything was broke. The light in the kitchen was hanging, the drawer in the kitchen was broke off. "Our recent stay at this lake house on Smith Lake was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The clear, sparkling waters of the lake were incredible. "The inside of the house was as pictured in the photos. The house was clean. Nice towels and bedding. King bed was comfortable. We were a group of 7, and could have used more seating in the living room though. A great feature of the house was the boat slip. Had we known how narrow the roads to get there were, we would have dropped the boat off before going to the house, so that's worth noting. Overall a good stay though!"

"This place was amazing very clean and nice. Location was great it over looked trident marina which was convenient for all the events there. The only thing is the boat launch was a 20 minute boat ride away. But the boat slip was very nice and easy to access with a vehicle .
