"I was feel made to feel welcome by the staff and the very few requests I had were accommodated. We had one issue with children being at the adult pool and when we inquired about the age, the staff member discreetly sent a security personnel to take care of the situation and we had no other issues throughout our stay. It was handled very promptly and discreetly which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the on-site activities, and I participated in a beachside cabana, massage, snorkeling and parasailing."
