"It felt like a 'taste of Fiji'. Instead of just being a lovely resort that could really belong anywhere, it felt very Fijian. The flowers in your room, put there by housekeeping, the towel animals on the bed, the big booming 'Bula' everytime you arrived in foyer, the fire dancers, the happy friendly staff that loved and served people all made that Fijian feel seem real. The deli has the best coffee in that whole area. (Believe me, I tried many and was very disappointed with most!) The gulf buggies moving through the resort constantly made it so much easier to get around, especially on the very wet afternoons. It was a great place to holiday!"

"We(a family with two kids) really enjoyed our 4 days in this beautiful property. Very friendly and courteous staffs everywhere (Water Edge, Breakfast Buffet, check in, stores, etc..), Great food and nice room. Everything was so perfect and would definitely come back again!"

"Excellent holiday at Crowne Plaza. Wonderful setting. Pool just magic. Staff unbelievable . Food just ok. Take a taxi to Denerau for good food at reasonable price. Italian restaurant at Crowne Plaza whilst food was good the portion was unbelievably small. We were refunded the charge after making our views known. Beware of taxis at airport. Some don have seat belts. Prebook with hotel and pay a little more to be safe."

"The staff are absolutely amazing. So welcoming and made us feel really special. The location is a little way out for transport options, but taxis, drivers, hire car is definitely an option. Felt so at home at Double Tree and will miss the smiling faces of the people now we are home."

"Crusoe's Retreat is a beautiful resort area on the Southern side of Viti Levu. It's remote for a relaxing getaway but still close enough to the cities for activities (about 2 hours from Nadi and 1.5 from Suva and about 40 mins from Pacific Harbor). The staff are all so lovely and really make you feel welcome. We went in the "off" season (March) so there were not a lot of people at the resort, but the staff still had fun activities planned for the guests. They are also great about assisting with arranging for pickups from the resort for buses for excursions. The food was delicious and the area is just gorgeous. Each night we went down by the water to watch the sunset. "

"I was really excited to know of Likuri island as I was born in its neighbourhood village Lomawai & very much liked to see the place well upgraded to provide n ice holiday stay with good food & excellent staff support. Anyone wanting to have nice & quiet vacation at lovely white sandy beach with excellent ferry service from mainland to the resort- thjis is the place "

"Great location, it was the perfect mix of resort amenities and tropical paradise that felt like you were one with nature. You walk through a beautiful garden to get to your room, and our unit had an outdoor bathroom with jungle! The tide can get quite low so the area isn't always ideal for swimming, but when the tide is high you can snorkel and kayak (free rental). While the mosquitos weren't ideal, they were pretty much everywhere we were on the island so just be sure you bring repellent for the morning and evening meal times. The staff were friendly and the food offered, while somewhat limited, was a great price. The large number of hammocks overlooking the water are perfect for individuals or couples to relax, and we would happily return to this specific resort any time we visit Fiji for at least a few days of our trip. Had we stayed longer than just one night/day, we would have been able to enjoy some of the tours they offer at very reasonable prices. "
