"The grounds were beautiful and lush with landscaping. Very well kept. The family pool was great for kids. Chairs around the pool were very hard to sit on for any length of time. Pleased that they had a very nice adult pool with comfortable seating. (A bit of a walk from the main area but quiet and relaxing). A few more shade areas would be nice. "The staff are absolutely amazing. So welcoming and made us feel really special. The location is a little way out for transport options, but taxis, drivers, hire car is definitely an option. Felt so at home at Double Tree and will miss the smiling faces of the people now we are home."
