"I liked the fact that I was the only guest at the property, so I had the full attention of the staff for my needs (although minimal). I didn’t like that I never saw security on the premises at night although I was advised that they would be there every night. However regardless I did feel safe at the property."

Hands on manager Riz lovely and restaurant Jack ensures dining experience perfect with welcoming smile and nice fresh food options. Enjoyed bushwalking and fishing with local employee. "Staff is very nice and friendly. At fish bar, there was an excellent male staff. He was kind and helpful when taking our order. My son loved the chocolate ice cream. The pizza is delicious at Lagoon House. There are multiple ice dispensers at the resort too."

"We really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff who went above and beyond for anything you asked. The property was stunning everywhere you looked, really well kept. I would say the rooms are a little dated, our room had a musty smell, but clean. "
