"The only thing I could complain about was that when I walked in my room, I slid the window right open when I checked it for first floor safety. The window was not secured or locked. The gracious front desk person changed my room. The second room window was also not locked when I walked in the room. The front desk employee came to the room and was able to show me the trick to lock it, but the fact that it was not easy able to be locked without the trick or figured out was unsafe. I was grateful...
