"Clean, comfortable, simple room and ensuite showeroom/toilet. We had a table and two chairs by the window which was lovely so we could eat some meals there. Good service and lovely kind gentleman running the place who was very helpful. Good value. Only problem we had was being woken by the neighbours dogs loudly barking before 7am, which went on a long time, but not every day and of course is not the guest house owners fault at all. "- Spacious and comfortable - Location was secluded and exactly what we were looking for - Hot tub was very enjoyable and a nice touch - Ann came round to check everything was ok with us, and got in touch beforehand to confirm bed arrangements. - May need a deep clean at some point especially with the insects in the summer with windows open but generally in good condition - clean sheets and towels, bathrooms clean and maintained well"
