"What an absolute delight. This has to be the best place I have ever stopped at, the hosts were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was just perfect every day, I only tried the full Scottish and it was cooked to perfection. The view of the Loch every morning was stunning. Can't wait to go back."

"We were desperate for accommodation in Inverness and couldn't find anything available so we ended up in Strathpeffer. The hotel is old, reasonably clean, fairly quiet and comfortable enough. The breakfast was great, service was faultless. We also had dinner there one night and it was excellent. Was it worth £90 per night???"

"We were made welcome. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of parking. Although we were not offered any meals at the hotel, the town offers places to eat. The hotel appears to be under new management who are keen to make it a success. From the outside, the hotel is in need of some TLC and we found this off-putting at first. The entrance area was also rather dated. Overall, we were happy with this hotel. "

"Clean, comfortable, simple room and ensuite showeroom/toilet. We had a table and two chairs by the window which was lovely so we could eat some meals there. Good service and lovely kind gentleman running the place who was very helpful. Good value. "Had a great stay here with my family. Plenty of things to do nearby and the free parking is a huge plus. They have everything outlined in the room so you’ll never have a question about anything. The ONLY somewhat of an issue, which comes with the territory is the noise you get from all the people leaving the bars nearby. It gets very loud, but my one year old didn’t wake up once from it, so all is well. "
