Staff are great, pool is nice, room was comfortable. Bit of noise transference between floors (ceiling very creaky if someone walking in room above) but otherwise it was great. Parking at hotel is limited but there is a reasonable workaround (getting permit to park in nearby car park). Would recommend.

Really wonderful hotel and the staff are so attentive, kind and friendly. They make you welcome right from the time you arrive. Rooms were exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be returning.

Please stay. The gym/spa area was a nice extra. And rooms were clean and a good size. The only comment would be the pad rather than mattress on the beds. Very strange. Otherwise a nice place.

Only stayed two nights and it should have been way more! They got me in for a massage and it was fabulous. Pool and facilities are to die for! Hot tub could be hotter. Our room was INCREDIBLE and had a beautiful view of the river!! Absolutely will be booking more BW hotels because we had such a grand time here.

Great location, great hotel
We stayed for one night and the hotel was in a perfect spot to everything. Shops, dining & pubs were all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the scenery from the front door was amazing! The hotel has a great restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!

Excellent staff and facilities just a few minor flaws in the finishing touches of the room such as holes in the walls, scuffs and displaced lino flooring. Overall an excellent trip, good food, great cocktails and access to the spa facilities made the trip special. Would recommend ❤️

Myself and my husband had a lovely 2 nights here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent, staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The pool, sauna and steam room were all extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel. Looking forward to booking our next visit!

Located right along the River Ness, this is a beautiful hotel. Easy access to dining and shopping and tours of the city, Loch Ness, and Isle of Skye. A lovely place!

Everything here was terrific, even the parking situation worked out fine in spite of the limited off-street spaces available (we parked within a block on-street both nights with no issues). The property was beautiful and the staff at reception were great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. I chose this hotel because it offered free onsite parking. There was no parking available when we arrived and were told we had to find street parking. I was not familiar with the area and this is stressful, hoping the car will be alright and we won't have to walk far. Thankfully there was a gentlemen helping with parking who showed us where to go. I just wish we could have parked in the lot like we thought when we booked.

Nice old-style hotel, very well maintained. We really liked the high ceiling, the archer in the room, beautiful stucco moldings, the feeling and atmosphere. In the morning, we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. The staff is kind and willing to help. We enjoyed our staying there.
