"Poor signage. Doors just state “restaurant is closed”. No actual signage on the doors to indicate that you are entering the lobby of the hotel. Parking lot is icy and slippery. It last snowed 4 days prior. No care taken to ensure guest safety. "

"The absolute BEST hotel that I’ve ever been in, in my entire life. The atmosphere and the vibe is just so different!!❤️❤️ I love the staff dearly and they are truly a blessing. I pray for prosperity and abundance at this place. They all, including the staff, all the guests, the long stayers and the visitors deserves it. Thank you very much for an amazing experience.
