"Carol and Tom were the best hosts we have every dealt with. Carol has the most complete list of “Where to go” and “Where to eat” I have ever seen. If it is not in her notebook it’s not in Turks! The view from the pool is breathtaking. The property is away from the resorts which was perfect. My wife and I look forward to our return trip to TCI and Villa Kendara. Thank you Tom and Carol for providing an excellent place to stay!!!"

"House was perfect! Clean, well stocked, & nicely appointed. Love the screened in porch & plenty of toys for the beach. Right on the water! Only downside was its the South side of the island so the water is shallow for miles. Great for windsurfing & jet skiing but not great for snorkeling & swimming. Overall great house, great vacation.not great for swimming & snorkeling. "

"Minutes walk to a beautiful beach. You have the beach mostly to yourself. North Caicos is not overdeveloped and it’s such a nice contrast to Provo. The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC. The only thing that was missing was a pair of comfortable patio zero gravity chairs. "

"First the hosts were so helpful. Both pre-trip and during the trip when minir issues arose. The house itself was spotless and the pictures do not do it justice. It is on the beach , It is secluded so lots of privacy. Absolutely loved it and will be back. "

"Loved the house, loved the location and loved everyone we interacted with. The house keeper was so kind, the pool man was friendly and full of island tips, the house manager Mac was super. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beach is incredible and the water is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We loved everything about this trip. The one negative we encountered was the bugs were really REALLY bad in the evening. We got bit up so badly. Sobering bug spray or head inside when the sun sets. "

"This home is absolutely wonderful and delivers even more than it promises in the VRBO listing. The views and the vibe are outstanding. The outdoor spaces are well appointed , very thoughtful and accommodating. Pool is great. The inside of the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking... Spot, who assists the owners, did some shopping before we arrived (for a fee) as we were arriving on Sunday and with tight connections. As a plus (or minus depending on your group) the lower king suite is ample and lovely, but has separate entrance so does not connect/flow to the rest of the house. Enthusiastically recommend this VRBO!!"

"Wow! No words to describe everything about this winter escape from cold northern Iowa in February! This is one of the GREATEST family trips we have taken. We the grandparents took our 2 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren on this priceless adventure in paradise.The property is absolutely stunning and better than advertised. Awakening every morning to coffee on the patio (evenings with a glass of wine) overlooking the pool, beach and ocean was heavenly. Daily walks along one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited was a favorite.We chose this location to get away from all the crowded, busy areas most locations experience. This is a beautiful home and very well cared for. The home has every amenity you need during your stay! WOWZA the back area is a total paradise the most beautiful views. The pool is BIG and the water is warm… we all enjoyed the pool area day and night. The grandkids ages 4 to 12 said it was their favorite place to be. The sand on the beach is like powder sugar, lots of sand castles were created.Dave was responsive, knowledgeable and respectful from the moment I contacted him about his property and our return home. Going from the airport, grocery store (ordered our groceries couple days before our arrival so they were packaged and ready for pickup), ferry dock to North Caicos was easy with zero issues. Thank you Dave, Mary, Delano and Regina for making this a great experience! We are already planing our next visit for a longer stay."

"The house was amazing. The linens, style, amenities, views and that beach! Just wow! Didn't want to leave. The team was amazing. Sha ,the property manager, was in communication with us and on top of the issues we experienced. The road was flooded and our rental car company refused to allow us to drive our road, so she arranged that we had a truck to get us back and forth. "
