"We had an incredible stay at Caicos Beach Villa! The home is perfectly situated in a stunning, peaceful bay with calm turquoise waters—truly a picture-perfect setting. The private pool was ideal for relaxing while still being able to keep an eye on the kids as they played. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home. At night, the sky lit up with stars—absolutely magical and the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to unwind in paradise!"

"Our stay in Whitby White House was nothing short of amazing! From the views to the fully stocked house, we enjoyed every moment. Mac was super accommodating in helping with transportation and even making a dinner reservation. Brian and Lynne were also very informative and responsive to any questions we had. We walked on the beach every day and even all the way to pumpkin bluff (highly recommend in low tide). Barracuda Beach Bar is also walkable and good for drinks & apps. Having a car allowed us to explore quite a bit of the island all the way to Middle Caicos. Loved Three Marys Cays for sunset and watching sea turtles. Mudjin Harbor is also worth the drive to explore caves and the secret beach. Upon arrival we took a taxi to the IGA in Grace Bay and stocked up on some groceries before boarding the ferry, knowing items may be limited on North. Nique’s Market was where we shopped most as well as Dards while on the island. We were prepared for higher prices since we’d been to Provo in 2024. We did quite a bit of cooking ourselves and used the grill provided. Highly recommend My Dee’s and Miss B’s for eating out. Also tried Cilantro which looked to be newer and is located inside the Ocean Breeze Resort. Big Josh’s serves only drinks but is also worth a visit.We visited the end of April and temps were high 70’s low 80’s with quite a bit of wind. This was actually a blessing in disguise as it kept the bugs away. Overall we highly recommend Whitby White House & would return!"

"We have never stayed in a beach front home. This home was literally 30 steps to the ocean.Super clean accommodation’s with a salt water pool - a one of kind on the island. We walked to coffee and dinner and just short drive from the shops and stores. Another high light was the bonfire on the beach."

"Carol and Tom’s little piece of paradise is fabulous. Villa Kendra provides a quiet, peaceful, private space to relax while also offering easy access to all the beaches and adventurous excursions. As the pictures suggest, the views of the beautiful turquoise waters are outstanding from the pool and the shore (with direct access to the ocean). They have stocked the villa with everything guests need to cook wonderful meals, enjoy various beaches (portable chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella), see the colorful fish out front (snorkel masks and fins), and just relax indoors. With all of the comforts of home, all you need to bring is your clothing. Carol’s recommendations – including dining out options, renting a car, taking tours, and exploring hidden gems on the island – were extremely helpful. Tom and Carol are exceptional hosts who have achieved an ideal balance of sharing thoughtful suggestions and providing ample privacy. We’ve already recommended Villa Kendra to family and friends, so if you can find an available week, we urge you to book it now. "

"First time to T&C and had specific needs for young children, private home with both direct beach access and a pool - this home had it all. We weren’t looking for nightlife or excursions, just family time that was simple and convenient for us to move between outdoor and indoor activities. This home was amazing, right on the beach. Private lot, foliage (which isn’t shown on the photos) give it a sense of exclusive privacy without blocking views of the ocean. It was windy for 3/4 of the days, which meant the ocean wasnt tepid to go out far, BUT we had NO bugs, no critters, no flies- truly the best part. We were prepared for biting bugs, which were horrible pests (on non-windy days) morning, noon, and night. N.Caicos has major limitations for visitors. It’s clear this island only attracted visitors when home rentals came into the market, I don’t believe there are any hotels on NC., primarily local residents. For this reason, there are only a few restaurants and due to the lower tourism, hours are short and menus are limited. Plan all of your meals ahead of time and make them, the kitchen can accommodate most meals. We packed all of our snacks, candy, kids drinks, and dry cereal from home, then had our driving service make a stop at a grocery store in Provo. Bring a refrigerated/zipped bag to take dairy and refrigerated foods on the ferry. Factor costs for transportation to cottage, driver, ferry and rental car. Host was very nice and responsive. Mac was delightful. "
