"The house was perfectly equipped for our party of the two of us and our overnight guests. The queen beds are comfortable. Standing on the beach or kayaking I saw turtles and rays. A pelican flew by regularly. The umbrella and lounge chairs were comfortable and the screened porch the perfect place to hang out. We hope to come back. "

"The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back! "

"We had a great time on our vacation last week. Carol and Tom were excellent. Their place is quiet with a great view of the clear, blue ocean. They were also very helpful with guidance before we arrived as well as with food and activity recommendations upon arrival. I would highly recommend this to couples that are looking to relax and get away!"

"House was perfect! Clean, well stocked, & nicely appointed. Love the screened in porch & plenty of toys for the beach. Right on the water! Only downside was its the South side of the island so the water is shallow for miles. Great for windsurfing & jet skiing but not great for snorkeling & swimming. Overall great house, great vacation.not great for swimming & snorkeling. "

"Minutes walk to a beautiful beach. You have the beach mostly to yourself. North Caicos is not overdeveloped and it’s such a nice contrast to Provo. The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC. The only thing that was missing was a pair of comfortable patio zero gravity chairs. "

"This is a very unique property located near one end of Long Bay Beach. The house is nicely finished and well equipped. You walk out the back door to a beautiful beach where you can lay in the cabana or sit in a chair. The property shares a pool with the neighboring house. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone."

"Loved the house, loved the location and loved everyone we interacted with. The house keeper was so kind, the pool man was friendly and full of island tips, the house manager Mac was super. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beach is incredible and the water is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We loved everything about this trip. The one negative we encountered was the bugs were really REALLY bad in the evening. We got bit up so badly. Sobering bug spray or head inside when the sun sets. "
