Bambarra Sands Cottage: Private beach house on Bambarra Beach, Middle Caicos

Stay in this beach front cottage on beautiful Bambarra Beach, with open views of the water and unmatched privacy and seclusion. A very comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom house with a full kitchen outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a dual kcup/drip brew coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, spices.. A/C in the living room/kitchen and bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms of the house, although you will stay nice and cool with the windows open and the constant trade winds flowing through the house. Living area with full size sofa, loveseat, and chair w/ottoman. WiFi and smart TV for you to sign into your own streaming accounts. Screened in porch with table and chairs and comfy sectional. Each bedroom has a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom.

This house is on the island of Middle Caicos. The airport is on Providenciales. If you are looking for privacy and seclusion this is the place for you! Guests will take a taxi from the airport to the ferry marina and have a 25 minute ferry ride to North Caicos and then a 45 minute drive to the house on Middle Caicos. The ferry ride and drive are a great opportunity to see some of the beautiful cays and shoreline of the islands. Car rental is available on North Caicos and they will bring the car to the ferry marina for you.

3 dining options within 10 minutes of the house. Windsor Creek Cafe on Bambarra Beach (a short walk down the beach), Island Tastes Restaurant by the Middle Caicos airstrip, and Mudjin Harbor Bar and Grill at Dragon Cay. You can also drive 25 minutes back to North Caicos to enjoy many other restaurants.

We want to inform you about an ongoing construction project taking place next door to our property. A single-family home is in the final stages of being built next door. There is vegetation between the two one acre lots. However, there may be some minor noise during the day related to the construction. None of our guests have reported this to be obtrusive to their vacation.

Another great stay

Relaxing stay on Middle Caicos
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach out front was marvelous and the chaise lounges provided were a comfortable place to read a book or take a nap. The islands of North and Middle Caicos were enjoyable, especially the scenery and the people. Mudjin Harbor and Three Mary Cays were day trips when we ventured to leave. The screened in porch at the cottage was where we lived when we were there. If you're up for an adventure, beautiful beaches all to yourself, you will love your stay at Bambarra Beach Cottage.

Fabulous is an understatement!!!
This is the most comfortable, lovely, perfect house! We have had the utmost privilege of staying here again and just pray we can do it again! The host, Erica, is delightful to communicate with, as she is very quick to respond and so helpful!! The location of this cottage is exactly 80 steps from the glorious turquoise water and the white sand with nobody in sight… does it get better than this? Thanks for letting us stay again!!!

A Week in Paradise
Great property and, literally what it is described as "private". We didn't see anybody the whole week. It is a little far too groceries or restaurants but not enough to be a deterrent. Perfect little cottage. Directions were spot- on.

Peaceful Paradise
Look no further if you want relaxation and peace. We practically had the entire strip of Bambara Beach to ourselves. The beautiful house has everything you need, however you will spend little time in there. You are steps away from the beach and only a short walk to the public beach, which has a great vibe. We brought our hammock and 'hung' out there for part of a day while eating and drinking from Porche's little hut. If you are staying in Middle Caicos, Erica's place is the spot to be!

Tranquility and Peace
We truly enjoyed our peaceful stay at Bambarra Sands. Being able to walk right out to the turquoise water and take walks on the beach without seeing a soul was so wonderful. We had fabulous food from Porsha and Sasha at Aquatic. The home was well equipped and our little one loved the sand toys! Thank you for sharing your bit of paradise! We will be back!

Gorgeous, peaceful, tranquil, safe, comfortable, great host and house manager, and the list goes on and on. Best slice of paradise
My wife and I stayed here and had the best time relaxing just the two of us. Nobody on the beach in either direction the entire stay. Don’t need to pack much, just bring your birthday suits to this beach! My only suggestion is to make sure and really grocery shop before taking the ferry. Options at the two grocery stores on north Caicos are pretty rough. What a wonderful place to reconnect. Perfect.

If quiet relaxation is what you seek, this is the place for you! This beach house is thoughtfully put together with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Short steps away to beach and ocean. Due to house proximity suggest planning for provisioning, accordingly. There are large grocery stores in Provo and smaller ones in North Caicos and Bottle Creek. We elected to check a cooler for the flight in to bypass stores. Will definitely rent here again!

All We Could Have Hoped For!
My husband and I take what we call “vision retreats” where we take time to reconnect when life gets too busy. We celebrated our 24th anniversary here and it was perfect. We spent a week, on the beach everyday, and had only 2 other couples pass by (both were looking for the cottage!). The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings are nice but the peace, tranquility and beautiful beach was priceless. Erica was wonderful to work with and provided everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to get away and unplug this beach cottage is the best.

Beach excellence!
Privacy, sequestered, isolated and wonderful!! We had read previous reviews and knew we needed to be prepared for a remote spot. We were prepared and it was total relaxation once arrived. We had a 10 day stay and arrived with food for 9 evening meals, went to Mudjin’s for lunch- excellent and went to My Dee’s for Friday night BBQ - also excellent. I walked the beach every morning for 1 to 1.5 hrs and only on one morning did I meet a human to greet with a “Goodmorning”! We enjoyed numerous sea turtles, a few rays and numerous bird-woke every morning to the Cuban Crows! If you enjoy an unbothered remote relaxing vacation, this is the spot. I only hope that it stays undiscovered! Excellent spot, excellent and responsive host and excellent local property manager.
