"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face....

"O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestão é muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionários. Todos eles sao bem educados, porém falta organização no hotel. O café sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou café em um dia, no outro açúcar, o leite, ate os talheres. "My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"A good hotel in good location, however starting to look dated, needs attention to maintain height standard. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair. "
