"I decided I wanted to spend my 60th birthday in this hotel and was not impressed. The property is amazing, beautiful views of Lake Como and the staff superb. "The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is awesome, walkable to everything we wanted to do and see, lots of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Christmas was in full swing with the most beautiful trees,lights and decor everywhere. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we’ve had in Italy yet. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again."
