"We enjoyed the relaxing location just outside Le Molay Littry. It's 50mins from Caen in countryside like Cornwall, but without the people! We weren't aware it's right next to a cow farm but they weren't a bother, but there are a lot of flies,which we got used to. The house is a little sparsely furnished but spacious. The bedrooms could do with a chest of drawers each and there's room for them. Downstairs is a bit minimalist too. Some soft furnishings would break up the noise a bit. The town...

"A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. Highly recommend, and will re-book if staying in the area again."

"A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot. "We enjoyed our 5 days in Pascale's house immensely. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and ideally located for the bakery, beach, butchers, bars and restaurants. "We loved our stay in Luc sur Mer, especially being greeted by the peacocks! The house was great and had everything we needed. It even had 3 WC’s when we thought it only had two. The location is perfect for day trips to all of the D-Day beaches as well as Mont St. Michel. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Luc was a lovely host. Great communication. The house was ideally positioned for the beach with its own private gate and parking. Easy to explore Normandy and the museums. Local bike hire was good to access the many good cycle paths in the area. The bakery opposite was lovely with baguettes croissants and very good quiche. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"It was hard to get answers with the third party booking routing all the questions. Once there the owner was very helpful. Three of the rooms were on the third floor with narrow stairs. The Wi-Fi was only available in one room. The large dinning area serve our group's needs. The easy walk to the beach was wonderful and the view at sunset was great. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
