"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Some areas showing some wear but nothing that was a problem. Room very comfortable. We had to stay an extra night because of an ice storm. Staff arranged for us to stay in same room so we didn't have to move to another room for that night. Breakfast was good but chafing dishes didnt kerp things warm."

"My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at the Surety! We were in town to see the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas show at the Civic Center. The Surety is within walking distance to the Civic Center. The room was very clean and comfortable! We had dinner at the Mulberry Street Tavern inside the hotel and that was wonderful too!"
