Gigi and team were extremely hospitable, even making an on-request breakfast item to accommodate dietary preferences! Coffee is delicious and always available. The outdoor sitting areas were enjoyable, even in the above-average heat. Edenton is one of North Carolina's true gems and staying at The Granville Queen was the icing on the cake!"

"Stayed here with my 2 dogs and absolutely loved the amenities, especially the enclosed front deck....the house was clean and neat and provided everything we needed....Betsy was very communicative and prompt through the rental process and even texted to see if we arrived safely and needed anything....the neighborhood was safe and enjoyable to walk my dogs...for a short walk or drive there's a sandy place by the sound where you can enjoy the water and watch the boats along the harbor....I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an amazing week at the cottage. The place was centrally located and we easily visited all of OBX from here. The house was sparkling clean. Our 14 month old love the open space since he was just learning to walk. They have a lot of nice touches and extras for all the things you might forget. We would definitely stay here again."

"This would be our second stay here as a family of 6. We enjoy being close to the ocean but having the sound and the dock in our own backyard! My family loves the back porch and dock area. We spent hours each day fishing, swimming and using the paddle board and blow up boat that we brought! We made almost every meal here and spent hours of time relaxing and enjoying family time. The house is clean and the owner is wonderful with communication."

"The House is an authentic 1907 home in great condition. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great. And it is really well located so that you can easily walk to the waterfront, 2 Main St., into the historic district. We had a great time. "

"Pretty neat. They have a wii. Demolished my wife in wii sports. Like a lot. Embarassing really. Great lil beach like a 5 minute walk away. 20 minutes to obx beaches without the traffic. Cant wait to come back!"
