"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. You can rent umbrella and beach chairs, there is a bar and supermarket 15 min away. Not easy to arrange a taxi, we left phone # fro taxi to Palma . It is inside guide...

"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area...

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

"We loved our stay at Vell Marí and would definitely go back again. It’s an easy drive from the airport. We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase.
