"It was our family’s first time in Mallorca and this semi detached house worked well being in a fairly quiet area walkable for us to the sea for snorkelling and to restaurants. The house itself has plenty of space indoors and the kitchen was well stocked, the house clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was fine and much needed at night! We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute."

The garden is huge - perfect for our children to run around in and the large pool provides an ideal space to splash in for hours. "Was worried about finding the villa late at night, but made it first time. Yes the roads are narrow, a bit like cornwall, but we negotiated the driveway with no problem. The villa was well equipped, aircon in the bedrooms worked quickly when needed. The only thing missing were pool towels, but the sun dried us off so quickly we didn't really need them. "The property was exactly as described on the website. We were delighted on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, making the most of the well equipped kitchen and outside cooking and dining spaces. It was fabulous to be within a short drive of both Puerto Pollença and the fascinating old town, with a range of restaurants. With a supermarket nearby to buy regional Rośe wine as well as historic buildings to explore, our visit was a great success. Would strongly recommend booking....

"Very quiet location near beach. The villa is close to Alcudia old town, however, a car is essential. The villa is comfortable for a party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very popular with the children and younger adults. The older members of our part found it difficult to access and exit the pool. The gardens and patio areas were very good with plenty of furniture, including sun beds. Being near a lake, mosquitos were a problem in the early evening. The equipment provided at the villa...
