"We really enjoyed ourcstay at this hotel. What really made it special was their staff at front desk, baggage handlers, servers and cooks. The cook, Marco, has a touch on everything he cooks. The foof was delicious. The servers and the attention of Jorge, Kevin and Julieth were amazing. We felt like were part of their family. I apologize if I don't remember the names of the rest of the amazing staff. Lastly, I want to thank, Amouri, he always received us with a big smile, he gave us great information and suggestions about the area. He also connected us with a great guide. The guide, Fabian Urbina, knew everyone in the hotel and Barranquilla and surrounding area. He made our stay and our experience here much better. Barranquina now is our favorite city in Colombia and this Hotel Crowne Plaza our new home away from home."

If we can make a suggestion it will be just to improve the quality and number of towels in the room. It feels really nice to get more than 2 towels per room.
