"Upon arrival there were a few minor maintenance issues. Broken curtain, broken toilet seat and we were told maintenance would come to fix but they never did even though we stayed for 2 nights. Other than that the apartment is spacious, comfortable, with food amenities. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "Me gustó mucho el apartamento. Muy céntrico. Sólo que no fue fàcil al principio encontrarlo porque no tenía un nombre leínle afuera del edificio. Es mejor indicar el número del edificio para mayor facilidad. "
