"The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family! Everyone had their own room and space to move around. All bathrooms were located perfectly and each one had a shower! Talk about conveniently located, so close to the Well for wrestling!! I hope to be able to get it again next year! It would be perfect for the state fair as well. Thank you for everything!"

"We came to Des Moines for state wrestling. The house is big, was very clean and accommodating. I had one question about the internet while we were there and the owner was very responsive. Check in and out were very easy. They have games, exercise equipment and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This property is fantastic. It is very updated, with all the amenities you'd hope to have. The location is literally steps away from the Drake University campus and the Drake Diner. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable and convenient. And the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs! I seriously doubt you can find a better option!"

"We really really enjoyed this uniquely styled home. Had a little trouble communicating with the host initially but then eventually got that taken care of and had great communication and was able to arrange early check-in and late checkout for a fee. Home is one of a kind, especially in the area And with a pool and hot tub!"

"We loved this space for our friend's weekend trip! It was easy to get to off of the highway, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and chat in the living and dining room. We had a great time! "
