"This was our 2nd stay at Rock House. Great location close to Central College. My twins love the upstairs bunk room though the steps are very steep- be careful in stocking feet. This tiny house was cozy on a cold and windy night. A possible suggestion would be to add a mirror in the sunroom. It is a good space to get ready for the evening/day since the bathroom is so tiny. I'm sure we will be back again. Love the Rock House"

"Three families came together to enjoy a couple days of togetherness here, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. So cozy and comfortable! Hot tub, huge dining room table, game zone, well stocked kitcgen and comfy beds were favorites. Definitely recommend!!"

"We had the best time. House was lovely. Really enjoyed the fire table. House was close to everything we wanted to do in Des Moines. Definitely on our list for next time!"

"Property is nice, for all the house rules and remarks about leaving everything clean and items in their “home” property was not that clean. Oven was a disaster that required cleaning to use. Otherwise nice if you do not mind taxidermy and possible daycare with 3 dogs next door."

"May I recommend a natural gas insert for fireplace. Not much of a screen watcher, I rather visit with a fire on when visiting in the winter. Otherwise the property was an excellent venue."

"We had a family gathering and this home was perfect for that. It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. The home was clean, organized and had everything we needed to have our family Christmas celebration. Tonya was very easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this home especially for larger groups. "
