"We didnt feel welcomed at this property. There was perfunctory communication, notices on the fridge and dishwasher informing us of no internet and broken dishwasher. Minimal furniture, messy wiring for tv etc, and a hallway light we couldn't turn off. Upon departure at 9.30 (checkout time 10am), the cleaner was waiting to get in. We felt rushed and uncomfortable. "

"Pleasant couple of nights at Coles Bay, although weather was variable. Must do walk up to Wineglass Bay look out if weather is clear. Don’t make our mistake of walking up to the main visitor centre as you can take your car right up to the top car park to start this walk. There is also a boat cruise around the bay if weather allows. Good eatery in the town centre. Try the seafood linguine. "

"The view was lovely and the room was spacious but the mattress was terrible and the shower is barely big enough for a child. Our backs was sore after our stay, it put a real dampener on our trip and the shower felt like we were trapped in a cupboard."

"NOT a 3.5 star property. Is actually 1.5 star and that's 1 star too many. Filthy, cold, mice, mildew, smells rancid, broken bed and heater. Very disappointed. Stayed only 1 night. Called property manager expecting to be relocated to more appropriate accommodation, but was told my 2 children and myself could leave!! We travelled over 300 kms to get there!! Ruined our mini holiday. Did receive a full refund though. I advise to check accommodation,s website before making a booking through these...

"Place is really good, fantastic view close to the shops. Hotels.com check in is 2pm but code to the place was only sent 10mins to 3pm by the property, not great communication between hotels.com and the property. Couches not the best for the elderly, too low and sinks in. "

"Had we known how stunning the cottage we stayed in was, we would have booked many more days. The views were spectacular, the special touches like fresh herbs, a chilled jug of water, the telescope and the luxurious experience was truly amazing. We are planning to come back for a much longer stay - the most special place we have ever stayed."
