"The Hotel was the usual high standard, the food was great, and the staff friendly. So why did I rate it only 4*, simply because they charged me £5 for a pint of Lime and Soda in the restaurant, and when questioned I was told it was correct. I will think rwice before staying there again."

We just forgot Key pad worked perfect for arriving and leaving.Hot tub was clean...
