"Quite good! Friendly check in, room is very nice and close to Church Street, restaurants and shops and the lake. Bathroom super clean with nice quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap. Water bottle in the room, free coffee/tea wet bar on the floor. Giant tv. City parking garage under the hotel for 16$/night."

"We were in town for several days for a family event and the property and the location totally fit our needs. It is very accessible to much in the area and very close to SUNY. The staff was really deserving of commendation. To a person - those working at the front desk and in the breakfast room, and housekeeping were incredibly welcoming, cheerful, responsive and helpful, seemingly able to anticipate needs and address them. Notable was Marlou, the staff person working in the breakfast area. We were there at very busy times and also quieter times but she was always singlehandedly and cheerfully running around to be sure everything was well stocked and fresh. We were sure to tip her and to thank her personally for her incredibly hard work and professionalism. "
