"As a female solo traveler the Belfry was a great place to stay. I felt completely comfortable being there. It is also a great central location in which to explore Bellingen, without being slap bang in the middle of the main street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"We had a great stay. The resort and the apartment were very nice, clean and the area is very quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kids loved the swing and the trampoline. The balcony with the river view was great. We didn’t have time to use the kayaks. We will definitely be back again. "

"As a visiting tourist, I was unaware that this was a motel, I was expecting a hotel with rooms within the framework of a principal building. In addition I was also under the impression that other public rooms would be available to access. In fact there were non. Overall the room provided was clean and the one member of staff I actually met was friendly. Overall I left after two nights disappointed with the booking. "

"Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with. We stayed the weekend of the Aussie PH for 3 nights, we were only at the hotel to sleep. It was cleaned daily with new towels. Close to the shops, good aircon unit and spacious for the cost. "We loved staying at Zebra motel. We escaped a cyclone and stayed here with our cat and dog. It was so comfortable for all of us and absolutely lovely people running it, who can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend especially if you are traveling with pets. This will always be our first choice when visiting Coffs Harbour."

"This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. "We really appreciated the free upgrade to the spa suite with a gorgeous view of the harbour. It was within walking distance of the jetty and its activities as well as the coastal trail. The place was clean and quiet. Some of the fixtures were a bit worn but we understand that an upgrade is coming in 2025. We would definitely stay here again."
