"Staff were very nice, friendly. The only negative I would say is that the whole corridor from the elevator going into a lot of the rooms including mine had trash or crumbs which I thought was strange and I’ve never seen that at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Other than that all was good!!"

"I’ve been visiting Albany a lot lately because I’ve been visiting a sick friend and I’ve stayed at several different hotels. This stay was the best stay I have had in my many visits. The facility was awesome the stay was peaceful, and convenient to all the places I had to take me friend for treatment. I will definitely be booking my next stay at this Hotel and Suites. "

"I always look at reviews when booking hotels but rarely leave one. The reviews on the hotel weren’t great compared to others in the area, but our stay was only for one night and the price difference made it worth the risk. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel actually was. The lobby was very clean and our room was in fantastic condition. There were a few cracks on the wall in the bathroom, but nothing meaningful. We slept well and felt safe in a clean room, and that’s all that matters. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We would definitely go back! The first night we slept on a very hard and think mattress, we told the front desk the next morning and they switched our room and even threw the old mattress out and put a new one in! Definitely don't have buffet breakfast which was a bummer BUT the waffle maker made up for it! All in all it was a good experience!"
