"Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing. One suggestion would be to implement more consistent housekeeping for the rooms rather than requiring a 24-hour advance notice. However, the front desk was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location is great, as it is very close to the beach and all the local attractions. Considering the price we paid, we expected more amenities. It felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed throughout our stay. The resort should consider offering additional services for families or perhaps change their designation back to a hotel instead of a resort. For example, they only provided two chairs in a crowded area on the beach. Most guests travel in larger groups, and having to pay extra for additional chairs after already paying a high daily rate and resort fee seems unfair. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and basic items like salt and pepper were not provided. It’s frustrating to spend a lot of money only to have to purchase items like salt and pepper, especially since we specifically rented a suite with a kitchen to save on dining costs. Local stores were very expensive, and the on-site market was also quite pricey. A discount for hotel guests would be more customer-friendly. "

"Very nice staff. They work hard to keep the property clean. Our bed was comfortable which is nice when traveling. Very close to the beach with great recommendation from staff. We were able to walk to near by restaurants and shops. Loved to location! "

"I love the strip it’s on. Plenty of things to do even if it’s just relaxing at the beach. Would definitely recommend! Newly renovated rooms and soon to be completed roof top pool makes it a place I can return yearly."
