"We had a good time here. The internet is definitely spotty but it seemed like the internet company was working on it down at the road so maybe it'll be better for the next guests. Lots of bugs and critters but you're in the jungle so it's to be expected. The upper room was great to spot monkeys and birds. The listing was a bit confusing in regard to the bedrooms... there's definitely only two, not three as written in part of the listing. 4x4 vehicle came in handy to get up the hill, but 2WD also...

"The place is ok, a little over rated in my opinion. One has to get out of the car to open gate to get into a small parking space. They woke me up early on Sunday morning to move my car, cause I was the last one in the parking space last night and someone wanted to leave, so I had to get up to move my car. They were very rude about it. So parking is an issue, as it was raining hard and had to get out to open and close gate also."

"This lodge is every bit is beautiful as the pictures show. They had a young sloth on property that we saw the first day. We saw all sorts of birds and agoutis too. Staff were very helpful. Filtered water and coffee on endless supply in the dining area. The Wi-Fi on the property is good, but it does not extend to the cabins. This was fine with me, but it is something that might be relevant for visitors. The rooms are absolutely thoughtfully done in the open air living is marvelous. Also many...
