Minus the little miscommunication there was with the romance pack being set up when we first arrived but the manager was nice enough to refund what I had paid extra for it and still set it up the following day while we were out of town. All in all my wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! "

"The hosts (Sarah and John) sent very helpful and thorough check-in/general property instructions days before we arrived. This vacation rental is SO much fun. We loved it all— from checking out the land with the golf cart, to all the adorable animals that live there. It is a really unique rental, I cannot recommend it enough! If you like the idea of camping but don’t want to camp hardcore, this is the place for you. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Thank you so much John and Sarah!!"

"I cannot be happier with our stay. We got in late and I was nervous that it would be too dark to find our tent but the property is very user friendly. The pathways were lit and absolutely beautiful especially at night. The host thought of EVERYTHING - I can’t rave about that enough. "We enjoyed our vintage airstream experience at Asheville River Cabins. The setting right on the French Broad River is magnificent! The only disappointment was that the vintage airstream smells of cigarettes, although I got accustomed to it once inside, with the help of an aromatherapy spray. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had nice dishes and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our French press coffee every morning. "
